RadiantWorx Digital Marketing is led by Leah Stevens, a seasoned marketing strategist with decades of experience helping small businesses strengthen their online presence and attract the customers they deserve. With a background spanning digital marketing, content development, branding, and hands-on work with trades and service professionals, Leah brings a rare blend of technical expertise and real-world insight to every project.
Leah’s journey began more than 20 years ago when she joined a small family business focused on e-commerce and online marketing strategies for government and military clients. That foundation gave her a deep understanding of how digital visibility drives growth—even in highly competitive industries. She later applied those skills to one of the nation’s leading engineering staffing companies, helping them scale through powerful online marketing, search visibility, and strategic lead generation.
Ultimately, Leah brought that experience home to support her own family business. Immersing herself in the trades industry gave her firsthand understanding of the unique challenges tradesmen face in the digital landscape. She quickly noticed the same pattern across every trade: exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding reputations, and loyal word-of-mouth referrals—paired with a lack of online visibility simply because no one had ever shown these businesses what was possible. This journey is dedicated to my father, Miguel Rivera, a brilliant computer programmer and owner of Mindshare Technologies, whose love for technology, logic, and innovation became part of my DNA. Even though he left us far too soon, his influence continues to guide every project I touch and every business owner I support.
This is also dedicated to Shane Stevens, master pool builder and owner of Stevens Pools, whose craftsmanship, determination, and devotion to his family left a lasting imprint on what it means to build something real, meaningful, and built to last. His example reminds me daily that great work is done with both hands and heart.
